AQuA & The Health Foundation: Shared Accountability to Support System Flow

The Advancing Quality Alliance (AQuA), supported by the Health Foundation, are pleased to announce their next event in a new programme seeking to understand flow between and within our care systems.


Event Overview:

This event will provide delegates with an opportunity to explore how accountability and system level decision making can enable the improvement of flow across health and care settings. Real examples and current learning will be presented by colleagues from national teams, business and member organisations.

Two workshops are included:

  1. System Engineering for Health and Care with representatives of Royal Academy of Engineering and RCP
  2. Flow Accounting

Target Audience:

Registrations are invited from system leaders, senior decision makers, Directors of Finance and Informatics leads from health and social care organisations, local authority and community partners.
