This sophisticated workshop has been designed specifically for our most senior members who are grappling with very difficult issues and having to have crucial conversations within and across organisational boundaries. The workshop is interactive and takes place in a confidential, peer supported, environment providing delegates with the opportunity to practice and learn new strategies in a safe environment. You will be encouraged to bring with you any particular issues that you are tackling at the moment. The conversations will be based on real life issues such as changes needed to deliver new models of care, decommissioning services, moving services and staff, reducing services or working across boundaries whilst satisfying opposing views. The list is endless; you choose the issue that you are dealing with.
Here’s what previous attendees had to say about the session:
“A really relaxed, challenging and honest workshop”
“This was thoroughly interesting!”
“It will help in every aspect of my day-to-day life”
“I will be more self-aware and will use this to improve my communication”
