Wellbeing and Resilience (Cohort 3)

Personal resilience is the capacity to maintain wellbeing and work performance under pressure, including being able to bounce-back from setbacks effectively. Resilience is a combination of personal characteristics and learned skills.


This ½ day session will help you to understand the:

  • Importance of wellbeing during change and taking a proactive approach to wellbeing
  • Relationship between workplace pressures and optimal performance
  • Enablers and barriers to wellbeing at work
  • Signs and symptoms of stress
  • Tools and techniques to help you think differently and build on signature strengths
  • How challenge can lead to improve coping mechanisms


Please note that tea/coffee will be available from 12.30pm for a prompt 1pm start.
