Wellbeing and Resilience (Cohort 4)

What is resilience and how can you build it within yourself?

The session aims to be a practical and thought provoking look at what resilience and wellbeing are, and a look at ways to focus on them and ultimately plan to get more of what you want in the workplace.

The session will cover the following areas:

  • Understanding resilience and what it means to us as individuals
  • The importance of wellbeing during change and taking a proactive approach
  • The enablers and barriers to wellbeing at work
  • How to spot the signs and symptoms of stress in yourself and others
  • Working on our own attention, awareness & focus - noticing the impact of thoughts, emotions and feelings
  • Starting the process of building your mind-set for resilience
  • Spending time experiencing a ‘Pick and Mix ‘of activities and tools to build Resilience

 

The sessions are aimed at anyone who is interested in looking at their own personal resilience and developing strategies and habits to build resilience in themselves (and others).

 

Please note that tea/coffee will be available from 12.30pm for a prompt 1pm start.
