The third Learning Organisation Collaborative (LOC) in the Lakes Festival is now bookable on the CLIC website here!
The event will be held at The Rheged Centre, Penrith on Wednesday 7th March 2018. It brings together committed learning organisations, committed ‘collaborators’ and everyone interested in establishing ‘learning and improvement’.
The theme for the festival this year will be around ‘Building success through better communication’, with a focus on the communication between:
- Happy staff and high functioning teams
- Learning and Improvement
- Happy customers getting very high quality services and outcomes
And more specifically, in developing better communication skills to achieve these objectives.
Confirmed Key Note speakers include:
- Kath Evans, Experience of Care Lead, NHS England
- Toyota, with an insight into their improvement methodologies
We understand that time spent away from your organisation must bring a return to you and the organisation. This event will be thought provoking; it will offer tools, techniques and thinking that can be used directly in your work, as well as allowing you to connect with other learning organisations facing similar challenges to your own.
LOC in The Lakes 2018 (#LOCinthelakes) is jointly sponsored by The Academic Health Science Network North East and North Cumbria (AHSN NENC) and the Cumbria Learning and Improvement Collaborative (CLIC).
We do hope you can join us on the 7th March 2018 to register your place and avoid disappointment, please book here!
