Make-over of the Library facilities at West Cumberland Hospital

The Library has upgraded its facilities with funding from HEE to create a more welcoming, comfortable and COVID safe environment for staff and students to study and relax away from their normal work area.  There are 8 computers with Internet and small breakout areas for discussion/ quiet study and laptop work areas. Out of hours access is available on request.

The Library & Knowledge Services also has a brand new staff website. It is now easier than ever before to access our clinical evidence resources using our new ‘google’ style Library-ONE search. For more information please visit: www.library.ncumbria.nhs.uk
