The NHS People Plan 2020/2021 outlines that from September 2020, every member of the NHS should have a health and wellbeing conversation and develop a personalised plan.

This year our Virtually LOC in the Lakes Conference, 'PAUSE. REFRESH. MOVE FORWARD.', is focused on the health and wellbeing of individuals and teams. As part of this, we will be holding two online workshops on 'How to have an effective wellbeing conversation', which will explore how to do this in a way that is truly meaningful and doesn’t feel like just a tick box exercise:

  • Thursday 17th June, 12:00pm – 1:30pm │ Online with MS Teams; or
  • Friday 18th June, 9:30am – 11:00am │ Online with MS Teams
