StartWell>EndWell: A practical framework for fostering team connection, psychological safety, and effectiveness │ 10 December 2021, 12:30 - 1:00pm │ Online with MS Teams

StartWell>EndWell was developed by North Bristol NHS Trust’s senior clinicians, lead psychologist for staff wellbeing, quality improvement team, and perform team during the early stages of COVID-19.

StartWell>EndWell has been designed to provide a practical approach to support colleagues and to promote effective teaming particularly during challenging periods. The approach includes innovative parts of psychologically informed care, including aspects like psychological safety, behavioural science, and compassionate care, into some of the routine processes that teams are using, at the beginning, during and at the end of our working day. The approach has been piloted on wards, but has been adapted to be relevant to a range of team settings.

The webinar will share the background to StartWell>EndWell, an overview of the 3 steps, and ways to adapt and implement this in your organisations and teams.

No need to book! Find out more & get the MS Teams link here...
