Brought to you by CLIC in collaboration with North Cumbria Knowledge and Library Services, this Lunch & Learn session on 10th December 2021 saw Dr Leonie Williams (Quality Improvement Practitioner, North Bristol NHS Trust) and Holly Parker (Assistant Psychologist, Staff Wellbeing Psychology Team, Southmead Hospital) deliver a presentation on 'StartWell>EndWell: A practical framework for fostering team connection, psychological safety, and effectiveness'.

StartWell>EndWell was developed by North Bristol NHS Trust’s senior clinicians, lead psychologist for staff wellbeing, quality improvement team, and perform team during the early stages of COVID-19. It has been designed to provide a practical approach to support colleagues and to promote effective teaming particularly during challenging periods. This session shared the background to StartWellEndWell, an overview of the 3 steps, and ways to adapt and implement this in your organisations and teams.
