LOC in the Lakes 2022: Working differently for population health – inspiring change to reduce inequalities

LOC in the Lakes 2022 will be focusing on health inequalities, considering how we can think and work differently to improve health and wellbeing for the people of north and west Cumbria. We’ll be looking at how we can take more action now to enable individuals to start well, live well, age well and die well.

Personalised Care - Start the Conversation
