Following the success of the inaugural Improvement FUNdamentals massive open online course (MOOC), NHS Improving Quality is running another free course for people working in health and social care, starting in September 2015.

The course is suitable for both beginners as well as people with some improvement knowledge and, over 8 weeks, covers:

  • The fundamentals of quality improvement
  • Using the model for improvement
  • Measuring for improvement
  • Sustaining and spreading improvements

The course is delivered entirely online via videos, articles and exercises and features live knowledge exchange events, allowing you to learn from experts and debate and connect with other participants around the world.
