Project Coordinator - Clinical Skills Programme
Needed… Project Coordinator for a new Clinical Skills Programme across the county hosted by Cumbria Learning and Improvement Collaborative (CLIC). The programme is a new innovative scheme to provide skills development for nursing staff across health and care sectors which has attracted national funding.
You will be providing administrative and project support to the Programme Lead and Clinical Skills Delivery Team. You need to be an enthusiastic, proactive, responsive and friendly character who is capable of being organised and efficient with their work load whilst forging new positive working relationships quickly.
Being able to demonstrate your transferable skills is more important that having formally worked on a project before!
In return… in the spirit of CLIC, you will be supported with your development. If appropriate you will also be offered coaching from an experienced project manager or change lead to support your further skills development in line with future ways of working for Cumbria's health and social care economy.
The role will be based in either Carlisle or Kendal, with flexible working available.
Secondments from all health organisations, including GP practices, Cumbria County Council and University of Cumbria are welcomed. Please ensure you have discussed this opportunity with your manager before applying (this post is also available as a 1 year fixed term contract).
