Physiological Observations and NEWS2 (Cohort 67)

This training is for staff working within Cumbria 

This course will help you develop, support and/or update your skills and knowledge re. Physiological Observations including:

Introduction anatomy & physiology of cardiovascular and respiratory systems

• Informed consent
• Accurate measurement of vital signs
• Normal & abnormal readings
• Recording & reporting
• National Early Warning Scores and Sepsis screening/action tools
• Assessment documentation
