Tools for Co-Production: Bitesize (Cohort 6) & Drop-in

WHO IS IT FOR?

All staff (clinical and non-clinical) in the health and care system who want to work collaboratively to drive improvements for their service. Beginners welcome!

THE SESSION

A short, virtual workshop to get to know the key tools needed to start to build effective relationships with partners and service users for better patient outcomes.

Aims and outcomes are:

• Understand where the opportunities for co-production are
• Gain knowledge of key tools for co-production
• Share ideas and experiences with like-minded people

The hour-long session will be followed by a 30 minute drop-in, allowing time for a co-production Q&A with our knowledgeable facilitator.

The session will take place via Microsoft Teams, and a link will be emailed to registered delegates a few days in advance.
