Health and Wellbeing Conversations are supportive, coaching-style one-to-one discussions focused on building individual and team resilience.
These are important, potentially sensitive conversations. Done well they could make a significant impact on the individual and their team. Done poorly they may feel like a tick box exercise.
This workshop explores how to have an effective wellbeing conversation – both for those facilitating the process and individuals having one.
The workshop also enables participants to explore how wellbeing conversations can evolve and improve to allow them to become embedded within your organisation.
