The ancient practices of Tai Chi and Chi Gung can help you to feel more relaxed and calmer.

It incorporates slow deliberate movements with slower, deeper breaths. This moving meditation helps to quieten the chattering of the mind, leaving you feeling more peaceful and centred.

This workshop is is suitable for all ages and abilities.
