In this workshop, traditional approaches to understanding and managing mental health will be reviewed and alternatives offered. This will include reference to issues of culture and leadership.

This session will be of interest to anyone interested in leading systems, innovators or anyone who may be dissatisfied with current models but are not sure what we could differently.
