Job Title: Strategic Change Lead
Organisation: North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust
Background:  Change Management, Project Management, Improvement and Learning & Development

I first took an interest in coaching in 2010 when a few focused coaching sessions helped me move forward with some things I was struggling with at work. Since then I have developed my coaching style and skills both informally and formally with CLIC and AQuA North West and have been supporting people with formal coaching relationships at work since 2014. I am now working towards my CMI accreditation in Coaching & Mentoring.

My style of coaching is to provide you with the time and space that enables honest and constructive conversation to help you maximise your potential. I am a naturally creative and curious person and will work with you to ensure our conversations are effective for you. As a perceptive individual I consider all angles of a situation before acting and I bring this approach into my coaching to enable me to support a wide range of people. I firmly believe that coaching relationships need to be a good fit for the coachee as well as the coach, so if you would like to have a conversation to see if I could help you please do get in touch.
