I understand the power of coaching to engage and empower individuals to be able to move forward – both personally and professionally. This comes from my own first-hand experience of working with a work based coach and using a coaching style within my leadership roles to explore areas of performance and supporting staff to realise their own potential. I see my role as coach as being an aid to help individuals identify what they want and how they can achieve it and provide focussed time to reflect on the resources available in order to move forward. I am people centred and passionate about supporting individuals to gain greater understanding, develop their potential, grow in confidence and take positive steps to improve performance.
My experience of coaching includes developing other to have coaching conversations as well as taking on the role of a coach, I am currently further developing my skills by undergoing the CMI Coaching and Mentoring accredited programme.
I am based in North Cumbria and am happy to coach anyone across the North Cumbria area.
