Sarah has over 25 years’ experience as a learning and organisational development specialist working in both the private sector and local authority. Sarah specialises in helping staff and managers, to transition through change positively and to survive and perform in complex organisations and systems. Challenges addressed typically include work overload, delegation, organisational skills, handling conflict, team development, confidence and decision making, to name just a few. Sarah is known for her supportive approach and strives to leave her coachees feeling empowered and motivated to achieve more and to deal with the issues that face them. Sarah is currently developing her skills further by undergoing the CMI Coaching and Mentoring accredited programme.
